    Ask AI in the Add palette, beside Patient details, and Start with AI on a new form.

The rules it keeps.

Designed with Australian healthcare privacy expectations in mind. Drafts are written by Anthropic's Claude, which may run outside Australia, and that is exactly why a patient's details are never part of what it is given.

What is sent, and where

  • It drafts. You decide.

    The draft appears greyed out where it will go. Nothing changes until you press Accept, and nothing reaches a patient until a person publishes and sends it, as always.

  • It never sees a patient.

    Ask AI is given what you type and your clinic's own details, such as its name, phone and a form's name. Never a patient's record, answers or documents.

  • Nothing clinical.

    It writes admin: questions, steps and letters. It does not read consultations, summarise answers or make a clinical call. Your forms' flags stay rules you set.

  • Free, with a daily limit.

    Ask AI comes with the apps it lives in, up to a daily number of drafts per clinic. Settings shows how many you have used, and an owner can turn it off.

    Switch it on

    An owner or admin turns on AI connectors in Settings, under AI.

    Add Medervia to your AI

    Paste the connector address into Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with your Medervia email, and choose your clinic.

    “Draft a pre-admission form for cataract surgery” or “How do I send a welcome pack?” The draft lands in Medervia for your team to check.
