Complete a form together in the room

Work through the same form with the patient at the same time: you on your device, the patient on the room's tablet.

Anyone in the clinic who is placed in the room.

When a form is open on the room's tablet, a practitioner can open it on their own device and fill it in with the patient. Each of you sees the other's pointer, taps and answers as they happen.

   Open it beside the patient

   Hand out the form, and let the patient open it on the room's tablet. Then, on the room's page under Handed out today, press Open with patient.

   You need to be placed in the room yourself. The bar at the top says who is on the tablet.

   Fill it in together

   You can answer or change any question, and the patient's screen shows your answer as soon as it is saved. An answer you entered is marked as entered by you, on the form and on the PDF.

   While one of you is typing in a question, the other sees who is typing and can't change it until they move on.

   Take over to show a part

   Press Take over and the tablet follows your screen to wherever you scroll, with a note saying you are showing them this part. Press Release to give the patient their screen back.

   The patient can't take over your screen.

   Sign

   The patient signs on the tablet, and only there; your screen shows when they have. If the form also needs your signature, sign it on your own device. Either of you can sign first, and the form is complete when both have. Once either of you has signed, the answers can no longer change.
